Prepare broad beans
The broad bean intended for the preparation of Baghali Ghatogh is a bean that is usually cultivated in Gilan province and is cooked quickly with a fresh and very pleasant taste. To prevent bloating and speed up the cooking process, it is better to put them in water about half a day before. Broad Bean skin should be removed.
First, take an empty pot and do not pour water into it, because the first step in cooking stew is dry. Then put your pot on the gas and wait for a medium flame to heat the oil well.
Add garlic and spices
Now you can put the desired beans with chopped garlic cloves in it and after a short time add spices and dill. Spices mean using the required amount of salt, pepper and turmeric.
When the mixture you want is well, it is time to add two glasses of water. Because this food and the necessary ingredients for its preparation are intended for four people and the stew is more delicious in the concentrated type, using this amount of water will be enough to cook this food. The more water there is in the stew, it will not have the desired taste.
Boil the eggs
Look at your pot, if your beans are well cooked then it’s time to add the eggs. Break the egg and put it in the stew with the yolk and white. Remember that eggs should be fully present in your diet.
